Tech Tuesday – ETI to Showcase its Quadcopter Technology in Use at IN3 CyPhy Lab

Please join IN3 and NavalX Midwest Tech Bridge on Tuesday, March 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Eastern time) for a presentation by Emerging Technology Institute’s President James Freeman, who will demonstrate the company’s quadcopter platform. The event will also feature Tim Murphy of the NSWC Crane GXV Division and the Director’s Cup Robotics Operating System team.

Tech Tuesday will begin with a description of the quadcopter’s performance and system capabilities and then transition to a live outdoor demonstration at IN3’s WestGate location.

ETI’s quadcopter is a versatile platform that has the ability to quickly identify, acquire and deliver intelligence payloads and AI capabilities and is available for research, development and testing of payload prototypes at IN3’s Cyber-Physical Systems (CyPhy) Lab. A video with more information about ETI and its quadcopter capabilities is available at https://youtu.be/oz-83Ob8P8I. ETI was recently designated to host SOCOM’s Technical Experimentation Event, which will be June 6-10 at its North Carolina location.

Tech Tuesday will be a hybrid event, allowing attendance via teleconference or in person. There will be lunchtime refreshments and post-event networking for those attending in person. To register, go to https://conta.cc/3sRaPt3.
