Leadership Skills for Success for Managers

As your leaders grow within your organization, so must their skills. In this ten-session (one session every three weeks) program, led by Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership experts, participants will learn and practice key skills every leader needs to be successful as they move to the next level within their company. The full program runs from Aug. 2 through Feb. 21.

Each session introduces new topics with an emphasis on how to apply these skills in the workplace. The course facilitator will also provide a forum for participant discussion of impact and results.
